ONGOING AI ADVISORY

The Standing Engagement

You've done the diagnostic. You know what's load-bearing and what can wait. Now the foundation keeps moving, and you're back to being the only one who can see it.

The part nobody warns you about

The diagnostic is a snapshot. Your company isn't.

Six weeks after you have the honest picture, your boss comes back from another conference with another idea. A vendor demo goes well enough that someone wants to sign. You launch something. You hire someone. Every one of those moves quietly changes what your foundation can support, and you're the only one in the building who can tell whether it just got easier or harder.

That's not a project. That's a standing condition. And it's the part where most people go back to guessing alone.

What this is

What this isN'T

Why it doesn't end after one fix

The diagnostic answers what do I fix first. Measurement answers is it working. This answers can I keep doing this without it blowing up.

That last question never closes. Regulations shift. Your data footprint grows. Every new use of AI reopens "what happens when this is wrong." So the work isn't a bigger project bolted onto the first one. It's the same judgment, staying current, for as long as the questions keep coming. Which they will.

Who this is for

You already own the AI mandate at a small company. You're technically sharp enough that the problem was never understanding it. The problem is that you're the most capable person in every room, which means there's nobody to check your thinking against before you commit the company to something.

This is for the stretch after the diagnostic, when you want that second read on tap instead of hiring it out one panic at a time.

How it works

Month to month. No long lock-in, because a relationship you'd have to be trapped into isn't one worth selling. We set a rhythm that fits your actual calendar, and you have a direct line for the decisions that can't wait for the next check-in.

Structure and pricing depend on your pace and what's in motion. That's a conversation, not a checkout page.

Start where you are

If you've done the diagnostic, you already know whether you want someone in the room for what comes next. If you haven't, that's the place to start, not here. Either way, the offer is the same one it's always been: someone who tells you the truth about your actual starting point, and stays long enough to be useful.
